OSCA Annual Conference
2025 OSCA Annual Conference
See you in Portland on October 10, 2025!
NOW ACCEPTING WORKSHOP PROPOSALS! We are now accepting proposals to present workshops/breakout sessions at the 2025 OSCA Annual Conference. Each year, OSCA Annual Conference attendees say they take the most value from our school counselor-led workshops. What big ideas do you want to share with Oregon's school counselors? Submit your workshop proposal for consideration to present at the 2025 OSCA Annual Conference by March 1, 2025.
- OSCA workshops (also called "breakout sessions") are typically 50 minutes long.
- We offer a discounted conference registration rate for up to 2 presenters per selected workshop. In 2024, the rate was $100 per presenter; rates for 2025 are to be determined, but will be comparable. Conference registration does not include an annual membership.
- Workshop presenters are responsible for their own travel, lodging, meals (excepting food provided during the conference), and all other costs and arrangements associated with conference attendance.
- You do not need to be a current OSCA member to submit a workshop proposal. We, of course, welcome you to join us!
- We will notify selected workshop presenters by early May 2025 and request confirmation of attendance upon receipt.
