Join us as a sponsor for the OSCA Annual Conference. Rate: $750
Each sponsor receives:
- Access to the conference event for networking with a table to display product information. Table size: Large (dimensions to be provided)
- Your logo will be displayed on the OSCA website, the conference program and posted on a sign as the conference attendees enter the conference location.
- Your logo will be displayed on a slide show at the conference.
- You will have direct access to a specific, engaged audience, allowing for niche marketing with over 300 school counselors, school administrators and other experts in the mental health field.
- Opportunities to collect data, generate sales leads, and directly showcase products or services.
- You will be provided with emails for conference attendees.
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided to two sponsor representatives.

How much does it cost to be a sponsor at OSCA's Annual Conference?
The fee is $750.
How much does it cost to be an exhibitor at OSCA's Annual Conference?
The fee is $350.
When and where is the 2026 Annual Conference?
The 2026 Annual Conference is Friday, October 9, 2026 in Salem, OR.
What is the first and last date sponsors/exhibitors can sign up?
We will accept vendors until we reach maximum space capacity or two weeks before the event, whichever comes first.
How many school counselors attend the conference each year?
We expect between 300 and 350 attendees each year.
How much time will we have to connect with conference attendees?
Conference attendees can visit booths at any time during the conference. We encourage you to attend the entire day, as conference attendees tend to stop by booths while waiting for the conference to begin; before, during and after meals; between sessions; and as they wrap up their day.
Can I communicate directly with conference attendees before or after the conference?
You are welcome to solicit conference attendee contact information via your information tables.
Or, as a sponsor, you will receive emails for all conference attendees.
What should we bring?
OSCA will provide you a table and two chairs. You are responsible for all printed, digital and promotional materials and supplies. While we make every attempt to ensure access to a power supply for those who need it, we recommend bringing back up laptops, extension cords, etc.
Will you provide meals?
OSCA will provide breakfast and lunch for up to 2 representatives.
When can we set up?
You can set up the morning of the event. We've approximate you will have access beginning at 7:00am on Friday, October 9, 2026 and will communicate a confirmed time shortly before the conference.
Where should we stay and park?
Vendors are responsible for their lodging, transportation and parking. We will communicate additional parking information shortly before the conference.
