Thank you to all who've signed up to host an information table at OSCA's 2024 Annual Conference. We have closed vendor registration for 2024.

For $750, you receive access to over 300 of Oregon's school counselors.

Each year, OSCA welcomes vendors in school counseling, socio-emotional, educational and related fields to join us at our Annual Conference.


We can't wait for the 2024 Annual Conference occurring at the University of Oregon in Eugene on Friday, October 25, 2024.


Each vendor receives:

  • A table at the one-day conference where you can display and provide conference attendees the informational and promotional materials of your choosing.
  • Your organization's name listed as a vendor in our conference program.
  • Your organization's name listed as a vendor on the conference registration page.
  • NEW! A page for your organization on the OSCA website, where you can post pre-, during and post-conference messages to OSCA members who choose to follow your page.
  • Breakfast and lunch for up to 2 people.

How do I sign up?

How much does it cost to be a vendor at OSCA's Annual Conference?

It costs $750.


When and where is the 2024 Annual Conference?

The 2024 Annual Conference will occur on Friday, February 25, 2024 at the University of Oregon in Eugene, OR.


What is the first and last date vendors can sign up?

How many school counselors attend the conference each year?

We expect between 300 and 350 attendees each year.


How much time will vendors have to connect with conference attendees?

Conference attendees can visit vendor booths at any time during the conference. We encourage vendors to attend the entire day, as conference attendees tend to stop by booths while waiting for the conference to begin; before, during and after meals; between sessions; and as they wrap up their day.


Can I communicate directly with conference attendees before or after the conference?

New this year, OSCA will provide each vendor a designated webpage on the oscainc.org website. You can use this webpage to post messages that conference attendees can read. If a conference attendee follows your webpage, they will receive notices each time you post. These pages will activate when conference registration opens and/or within 14 business days of receipt of payment, and they will remain active for 1 month after the conference. (Conference attendees can opt in or out at any time.)


What should vendors bring?

OSCA will provide you a table and two chairs. Vendors are responsible for all printed, digital and promotional materials and supplies. While we make every attempt to ensure access to a power supply for those who need it, we recommend bringing back up laptops, extension cords, etc.


Will you provide vendors meals?

OSCA will provide breakfast and lunch for up to 2 people.


When can vendors set up?

Vendors can set up the morning of the event. We've approximate you will have access beginning at 7:00am on Friday, October 25, 2024 and will communicate a confirmed time shortly before the conference.


Where should vendors stay and park?

Vendors are responsible for their lodging, transportation and parking. Because the 2024 Annual conference venue has limited parking, we encourage vendors to plan for ride-sharing, walking, public transit or other alternate ways of traveling to and from the venue. We will communicate additional parking information shortly before the conference.
