Submission Timeline

• Submit your session proposal by April 15, 2026.
• We will notify selected session presenters by mid May 2026.
• Presenters must confirm their attendance upon receipt of selection notice.

More Info

• OSCA sessions are 60 minutes long.
• Often, speakers allow the first five minutes for attendees to arrive and settle in, and provide the final five minutes for Q&A with the audience.
• Workshop presenters are responsible for their own travel, lodging, meals (excepting food provided during the conference), and all other costs and arrangements associated with conference attendance.
• Personalized feedback will be available after the conference.
• We offer a discounted conference registration rate for up to 2 presenters per selected workshop. The rate is $115 per presenter. Conference registration does not include an annual membership.
• You do not need to be a current OSCA member to submit a workshop proposal. Of course, we welcome you to join us!
