How to Access the Conference App:
- On your Mobile Device. If you prefer to use a mobile device you can also download the free "ASCA Conferences" application from your phone's app store. NOTE: be sure to download the purple version titled "ASCA Conferences" not the blue version titled "ASCA States." Once downloaded, open the app and enter the email address used for registration and tap "Continue."
- On Your Laptop or Desktop. View all sessions and download handouts right from your preferred browser on your desktop or laptop at https://app.ascaconferences.org/.
- For both formats, you will need to login using the email address affiliated with your OSCA membership account (the email account where you are receiving this email).
If this is your first time using this app: the system will email you a code and ask you to enter it for verification. From there, you will set a new password. If you do not receive the code to your email, be sure to check your spam folder. The email will come from app@schoolcounselor.org. If you still don’t see it, use the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the page. If you attended ASCA 2025, enter the password you used to create your account then. You can use the "Forgot Password?" feature if you can't remember it.

2026 OSCA Conference Presenters/Sessions
- OSCA sessions are 60 minutes long.
- Often, speakers allow the first five minutes for attendees to arrive and settle in, and provide the final five minutes for Q&A with the audience.
- Workshop presenters are responsible for their own travel, lodging, meals (excepting food provided during the conference), and all other costs and arrangements associated with conference attendance.
- Personalized feedback will be available after the conference.
- We offer a discounted conference registration rate for up to 2 presenters per selected workshop. The rate is $115 per presenter. Conference registration does not include an annual membership.
- You do not need to be a current OSCA member to submit a workshop proposal. Of course, we welcome you to join us

Each sponsor receives:
- Access to the conference event for networking with a table to display product information. Table size: Large (dimensions to be provided)
- Your logo will be displayed on the OSCA website, the conference program and posted on a sign as the conference attendees enter the conference location.
- Your logo will be displayed on a slide show at the conference.
- You will have direct access to a specific, engaged audience, allowing for niche marketing with over 300 school counselors, school administrators and other experts in the mental health field.
- Opportunities to collect data, generate sales leads, and directly showcase products or services.
- You will be provided with emails for conference attendees.
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided to two sponsor representatives.

Important Reminders
In response to member feedback and with the relaunch of oscainc.org in 2024, please note these registration steps and policies:
- To register, all attendees must log in with their own unique account. Members as of February 5, 2024 have an oscainc.org account associated with the email address previously provided to OSCA. If you do not have an account, the registration process will guide you through creating one before you can purchase your ticket. For more help, visit the "Logging In" section of our Getting Started Guide.
- This year, your conference registration does not include purchase of an annual OSCA membership. If you have a current membership, you will receive renewal notices (including instructions for how to renew) via email beginning 30 days from your membership expiration date. If you do not have a current membership, you can join at any time! Use this membership account to register (see bullet above).
- OSCA will no longer issue refunds for tickets to our annual conference. If you become unable to attend, please reach out to oscaconference@oscainc.org to receive a credit for next year's conference registration if canceled prior to 30 days of conference. No refunds or credit will be given for cancelations within 30 days of the conference.
