About the Conference

Every year, the Oregon School Counselor Association brings together school counselors, counselor educators, graduate students, Oregon state educational leaders, guest speakers and others in related fields for a day dedicated to furthering and enriching our profession. We are proud to celebrate the dedicated individuals in our profession from across the state.

Our conference includes a variety of activities: professional development, new ideas, knowledge- and resource-sharing, opportunities to meet and learn from other counselors, inspiration, and recognition.

We also present the Oregon School Counselor of the Year (SCOY) Award and acknowledge the winners of our annual grants and scholarships.

To receive the latest information first about the conference as it's released and to take advantage of the best registration rates, become a member.

Effective May 1, 2024, OSCA will not issue refunds for tickets to our annual conference. If you become unable to attend due to an unforeseeable conflict, please reach out to oscaconference@oscainc.org to receive a credit for next year's conference registration.

How to Access the Conference App:

On your Mobile Device. If you prefer to use a mobile device you can also download the free "ASCA Conferences" application from your phone's app store. NOTE: be sure to download the purple version titled "ASCA Conferences" not the blue version titled "ASCA States." Once downloaded, open the app and enter the email address used for registration and tap "Continue."
On Your Laptop or Desktop. View all sessions and download handouts right from your preferred browser on your desktop or laptop at https://app.ascaconferences.org/.
For both formats, you will need to login using the email address affiliated with your OSCA membership account (the email account where you are receiving this email).

If this is your first time using this app: the system will email you a code and ask you to enter it for verification. From there, you will set a new password. If you do not receive the code to your email, be sure to check your spam folder. The email will come from app@schoolcounselor.org. If you still don’t see it, use the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the page. If you attended ASCA 2025, enter the password you used to create your account then. You can use the "Forgot Password?" feature if you can't remember it.
